Petition Harsher penalties for racially abusing foreigners, blacks, Muslims and Asians.

Having seen people being racist and xenophobic towards foreigners, blacks, Muslims and Asians on the TV and in newspapers, it has angered me and I have had enough of it. I would like to see harsher penalties introduced to help reduce hate crime in the UK.
