Rejected petition Stop paying the EU

We require Parliament and the UK Government to immediately cease ALL payments to the EU and any EU organisation, until such time as the EU has had its accounts approved by the EU Court of Auditors. Something that it has failed to do (as at 2009) for the last 16 years! The UK cannot be sending money to any potentially corrupt organisation.
