Closed Rules on assisted living need to be based on need not age

My father is heavily disabled and has been turned down by an assisted living organisation because he isn't 60, there are far more abled people within this home, this needs to be based on the need of the person not the age of the person. Assessment of the care required vs age restriction is a must
