Petition Government to condemn the USA police forces for killing innocent Black citizens

Statistics show that on average around 30 African American citizens in America are killed by law enforcement officers each month. This is unacceptable in a civilized society. The UK is America's closest alley and so should be able to speak up and ask that America takes measures to stop this issue.
