Petition Dads given 10 weeks parental leave with pay for more time with their new born

I believe dads should be around more with there new born child, some fathers work late nights and end up having to only see the new born child while they are sleeping. 2 weeks isn't anywhere near acceptable amount of time, also having dad home longer it will be great help for the mother and bonding.
