Rejected petition Resit driving tests every 5 or 10 years

I feel that everybody should re-sit a refresher driving test every 5 or 10 years. This would make all people who pass a better standard of driver and take those of the road who fail, those who fail would have the chance to sit it again
The standard of driving in some people young or old is shocking.
also this would bring revenue to the Government
