People shouldn't be discriminated against for their tattoos or piercings because it doesn't affect your quality/quantity of work. It's the same as discriminating against someone for their hair/eye/skin colour.

Many people are discriminated against for their tattoos/piercings and a lot of people are rejected jobs because of them. body art doesn't affect the way someone works or how much someone works. so why are tattoos and piercings such a problem in the workplace?
