Ticket sites such as Stubhub and viagogo that resale event tickets at a profit is just another form of touting making it impossible for ordinary people to get to events at cost price!

Stubhub has resales on tickets within two minutes from the general sale nearly two or three times the original price. Touting is illegal so how do they and people get away with this
