Rejected petition Make Prisons A Deterrent

At this present time prisons are no deterrent to the youth or hardened criminal in this country, this petition is to put pressure on the Justice system to make prisons some were where people don’t want to be. I feel that the public on the United Kingdome are sickened by the lenient sentences handed out by the judicial system, take away TV’s in cells, make prisoners do hard labour. Its time PRISON was a place no one wants to be!
