Petition Create A National War Memorial To The Civilian Dead
More details
Around 75,000 UK civilians have been killed in two world wars yet there is no national war memorial to them. This is a scandal which needs addressing. Their sacrifice should not be overlooked in this way. We should hold a competition for the design of a memorial and place it on the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square.
