Rejected petition Pursue Volkswagen to compensate UK owners of affected Diesel engines

Car makers VW scammed buyers by stating emissions were lower than they are. They recently compensated owners in the USA, costing them over £10 billion. VW say they will not compensate European or UK owners as it would cost them too much money. They deserve to be prosecuted.
