Rejected petition Candidate for MP should be selected by constituent party members, not centrally.

Existing party system allow an MP to stand in General election without local party association getting a say. In future all MP's should be local and selected by constituent party members by means of election. Being an MP in the past should not guarantee future selection, except by means of a vote.
