Petition Let motorcycle riders over 25, drive cars up to 1.0 without L plates and test

I can drive safely and confidently, and so can all other motorcyclists that are old enough to do this maturely. Ie over 25 year olds. In a low powered car it is going to be far safer in poor weather, rain. Wind, winter conditions etc than on a motorcycle without the hassle and cost of another test
