Rejected petition Put a stop to fathers paying CSA that aren't on the birth certificate.

So we have been discussing this issue for awhile now as I'm sure many of you have. We think that the CSA is fair but however, we don't think it's fair nor right to force Fathers to pay CSA when their names aren't on the birth certificate.
