Rejected petition Ensure that every restaurant/food service establishment provides an allergy menu

In many places to eat it's difficult to get allergy information. Allergies can be life threatening. For nut allergy sufferers (such as myself) and other sufferers there aren't many options. I'd like everywhere that serves food to have an allergy menu so that restaurants can be a safer place for all.
