To start up a volunteer programme for 16-19 year olds to go to help in developing countries we currently donate aid money to.The volunteers would learn many skills under supervision i.e building,carpentry,agricultre. This could be funded by a fraction of the money we currently give out as aid. The benefits are enourmous young people get to travel,learn new skills including social skills and build better ties with the counties we help.When they return after a specified period a tax free sum could be given as thank you.
