Rejected petition To look at why Asbestos regulation/laws did not apply to my court cases

The Landlord/agent gave me a leaking asbestos roof for restaurant use without my knowledge. Later on, they wanted me to remove the asbestos leaking roof, rewire the building and pay rent at the same time.
When I queried why I should do the above, they repossessed my restaurant.
