Closed Reduce VAT on Hot Food including Great British Fish & Chips

The government should reduce the VAT on hot take-away food, including Fish and Chips, to give the industry a level playing field with other providers of Hot Food (like supermarkets - where VAT isn't charged!).

This would help businesses in this industry to expand and create jobs.

Say 'Fish & Chips' to anyone in the world and they'll think Great Britain! Please don't surpress this industry anymore with tax. Give us, and all other hot food providers, a break!
