Rejected petition Stop harassment phone calls from accident claims industry.

In January 2016 my car was scratched in car park, no one was inside, luckily a note was left and everything was sorted by March. Now I'm getting several calls a day from different companies about my so called “accident”. So I've started using a number blocker app.

But, they call from multiple numbers to catch you out: make false promises to ‘update their database and never call you again’; sometimes hang up when you call them; and often are rude. My chief nuisance at the moment is the Accident Advice Centre with a Manchester area code.
