Petition Make it law for individuals to return footballs if they land on their property

1000's of footballs are held hostage each year by individuals who assume rights to the ball once it lands on their property. As parents of a very keen footballer, this has cost us a small fortune over the years and we would like to ask government to address this very hazy and unclear subject.
