Rejected petition More designated safe areas for 16-18 year olds to hang out.

As the youth of our local area, we have decided that there needs to be an increase in designated area for 16-18 year olds to socialise (no smoking or drugs), as a lot of parks are aimed at young children or are skateparks which not all teenagers are interested in.
