Rejected petition Asthmatics shouldn't have to pay to breathe: make inhalers free on prescription

A number of different conditions are entitled to free prescriptions even though the condition is caused by their own actions. Yet asthma, which a person has through no fault of their own and can be a potentially fatal, has to be paid for. People who can't afford their inhalers can die.
