Rejected petition Stuffed or starved?

We nearly all consume 30%+ more food than we need.

If we all spent 30% less and gave the money saved to a really efficient charity like Oxfam or WaterAid there should be rather less starvation in the World and WE would all be considerably healthier as during and after WW 11 !!!
