Rejected petition Lift the ban on pitbulls

Okay where shall I start, pitbulls are loyal, loving dogs it's due to the owners for not dedicating to the pitbull where there left neglected and in the wrong hands of the thugs. Any dog can attack it doesn't matter what breed it is this ban is out of hand BAN THE OWNERS!!! Not the pibulls.
