Petition Companies get tax benefits to sell recycled tech or parts rather than new tech

Every year, millions of tons of operational tech is thrown away. For example in Europe, the average phone is used for 1.5yrs before being swapped, but most actually last ~6yrs. If the tax system were changed, companies would be encouraged to promote reuse or recycling of old technology.
