Petition Conduct a 2nd, more complex, EU membership referendum with multiple answers.

The first EU membership referendum had polarised wording and lacked options which truly reflected the range of sentiment toward the EU found across the UK. To empower the people, a more complex range of possible outcomes should be provided which serves both the voter and the EU/next generation.
