Rejected petition To have road markings, speed restrictions on lightbowne road.

I'm requesting that speed restrictions on lightbowne road and a pedestrian crossing at the junction of nuthurst road/lightbowne road so children can cross safely. Too many car crashes and deaths have occurred due to people treating lightbowne road like a race track
