Rejected petition Is it time. Should Britain pull out of Europe?

At the moment Brussels creates 75 percent of UK law. And according to the UK Independence Party, the EU is costing the UK £40 million a day to be in the eu. Money which could go towards better schooling, hospitals and so on.
They say the only people who should decide who can come to live, work and settle in Britain should be the British people themselves. We can only do this outside of the EU political union. The BNP also want out.
