Closed Charging visitors from the USA a fee to enter the UK

Due to the American government introducing a punitive charge via the ESTA programme to enter the USA, the Brithish government should introduce a similar charge for visitors from the USA to raise revenue. The revenue can be used to pay towards the national debt. Last year 2.7 million Americans visited the UK which could equate to nearly £30 million pounds a year if they were charged £11 per person.
