the landlords are guaranted there over inflated rents to boost there pension pots leaving the rest of us to cope with the everyday mayhem that comes with now living on a council estate losing our true market value for our homes,REBAND THE COUNCIL TAX TO COMPENSATE ALL AFFECTED BY THIS ISSUE.
