Rejected petition charge all foreign lorrys to use British roads

As promised in the election, foreign lorrys NEED to be charged a fee, as all EU member states do, to travel on British roads,about £25 per day,cheap at normal EU rates, in France £150+ per day is NOT uncommon,and level the playing field a bit BACK to our own lorrys, instead of give give give lets take a bit back for Britain.
