Petition Require all planes to have a central locking system on their overhead lockers.

Following the incidents in Dubai and Las Vegas it is clear that passengers cannot be trusted to act responsible during an emergency event on an aeroplane. To mitigate this and protect other passengers overhead lockers should be centrally locked by the pilot during take off and landing.
