Closed petition Impose restrictions on corner shops / off-licence shops using plastic bags.
Closed on
We saw clear decline of using plastic bags after imposing 5p charge which benefit the environment a great deal. It is time to impose restrictions or small charge on corner shops / takeaways / off-licence shops etc. This will further cut out the mess on our streets and will benefit small business
