Petition Instruct Local Health Trusts to stop employing European Doctors on short term contracts

In my experience some European doctors whose first language is not English, when employed on short term contracts, or when drafted in for bank holiday "out of hours" do not communicate effectively with patients or their carers.

I suggest that the practice of drafting in doctors from Europe, whose first language is not English, be reviewed and curtailed until new procedures have been developed.
