Rejected petition Enforce the 5yr residency period for EU migrants when UK leaves EU

When UK leaves EU the UK government must enforce the 5yr residency period for EU migrants who have lived/worked in UK,
special criteria for doctors/engineers etc as 1000s arriving daily under impression whether 3yrs/3wks here they can stop and live/work here!!
this needs to be clarified now!!
