coursing operations have cost the government a great deal of money. Hair coursing in britian is an old traditional sport loved by many. A hair shot with a bullet has no chance.A hair coursed by a lurcher has 50/50 chance of escaping. It is almost a crime in itself to ban such a traditional sport.
