Rejected petition Charges for road use by foreign vehicles

French and other countries' motorways operate a toll system which is a substantial cost to British travellers and hauliers in that country and yet these charges, with the odd exception, do not pertain in the UK. I propose that a chsrge is imposed on all foreign vehicles entering the company which will 'level the playing field' for private and commercial travellers as well as bringing in much needed revenue to the Exchequer.
