Petition Legalise the age of buying and smoking e-juice to 14 with parental consent

Vaping and smoking e-juices do not harm kids! I'm 14 years old and I stopped smoking and moved onto e-juice. This is much less harmful then cigarettes and maybe more kids might stop smoking if the legal age was dropped.
