All family legal expences insurance policies commonly sold by insurance companies specifically excludes taking any legal action against any insurance company or bank for any insurance contract, savings, pension or investment policy which should be out lawed as an unfair contract condition

Family Legal Expenses insurance sold as an add on for about £30 by most UK insurance companies specifically excludes taking legal action against any provider in the same club and industry as the seller of the policy so consequently its worthless in this regard. The Government has recently heavily criticised the FCA and the Ombudsman they created yet the consumer is at their mercy as without legal expences cover they cant afford to take action against arrogant, big boy bully insurance providers.
