Rejected petition Reduce the cost of Insurance for young drivers.

So as a potential new driver I've been looking for a new car and even with small car I'm getting insurance quotes with out a telematics box fitted ranging from £4500 to £17500 for a year.

It's going to get to the point that people can't afford to drive hence young drivers taking the risk of driving uninsured.
