Petition Change the location of the layby on the A38 southbound near Ripley

As there have been a couple of accidents here and recently the loss of a motorcyclist vs a HGV earlier this week. The layby is so close to the sliproad that people mistake it for one. Which needs to be changed before this happens again. The last one was a fatality. Let's leave it at that!
