Road maintenance looks increasingly like a gravy train! Inefficiency is really spectacular ! They obviously sacrificed efficiency to illusion of safety. The question, how many accidents has happened on diverted routs? How many social and economic consequences from that careless inaction? How bad an congestion impact on nature?
And it is everywhere, not only accidents. Why to limit 20 Ml of M3 from Heathrow to Fleet? We hear lots of words about infrastructure so far, but no action!
