Petition Make care for teenagers/young adults with disabilities free for working parents.

As a continually working parent of a child with a disability, it is impossible to find child care for my son either reasonably priced or even available. Unless I have a family member to look after my son outwith school hours I cannot work. Let's make this care available and free for working parents.
