Rejected petition Give tradesmen the right to get there money off non paying customers

We as tradesmen go thru a lot. Customers refuse to pay us or company's and then claim bankruptcy or the like. And sometimes it's over 50k. And we can not do anything.

Make it our rights to either a take back what's ours even if it's in a house. Or b a law that states if they do not pay they will be arrested and charged with theft
