Petition Host a Referendum for an English National Anthem.

Our proposal of a public referendum would be an effective way of allowing the people of England to choose for themselves how they wish to express their identity in our family of nations. Just as Wales are permitted with Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau, and Scotland with Flower of Scotland.
