The so caled medical assesors are failing the disabled by deliberately refusing claims which should be granted. They do this whilst bearing no responsibilty for their failures to act correctly. No complaint regarding their behaviour, or indeed the behaviour of the tribunal members are ever investigated, this failure to deal with incompetent assesors and tribunal members should be ended and they should face the consequences of their behaviour.
