Petition Change The General Election Voting System From FPTP To Instant-Runoff Voting

Hello, I am Emmanuel and I am 13 years old and came across a video on YouTube that displayed how bad the first past the post voting system is. In its simplest form FPTP is basically winner takes all. In the general election the Conservatives won 36.9% of the votes but they have 100% of the power.

I want to change the the the general election voting system from FPTP to IRV because in IRV there is definitely a majority winner so most people who vote will at least be moderately happy.
