Closed Return Tier 1 Skilled Migrant visa for professionals of shortage occupation list

Currently there is a shortage occupation list which is well documented. Regardless of this shortage occupation list, the complex process for Tier 2 visa is a deterrent for companies to recruit even the perfect professional candidate from outside of the EU. UK thus loses the best to other EU nations!
