Companies like Npower have received over 2 million complaints from customers, with a wide range of problems and disputes.

Npower has already been fined 26 million pound.

Once you get into a dispute with the likes of npower they have the power to put bad credit marks within your credit file.

Npower have had huge problems with there IT systems and customer service levels, customers have been billed in error and many of there customers are subjected to harassment and receive default notices within there credit files through the mismanagement of how npower manager there customers accounts.

Complaints are received on a daily basics and npower are still not being held accountable.
