Petition Fairness Of The CSA?

The CSA in unfair and should be made more fair the following needs to re assessed

If one parent works and other doesn't and they have children split care they should contra what should have been paid by the non worker and deduct that off what the working parent pays

They should also take into account certain deduction from the wages like basic living council tax, mortage/rent food before they work this out

There should be some say in where the money is spent like giving vouchers or asking for receipts for what the money is spent on your wouldn't pay an invoice if you didnt know what it was for
